As Dan saw this image, he was reminded of how things must have looked in the old west with these old cowboys living a hard life but loving every day of it.  Located on the Bar S ranch of Idaho, this image was captured as several cowboys worked cattle from horseback in the upper elevations of the Bitterroot Mountains.
